The "family" grows and in February 2009 opened the first franchise store of La Casa de Pepa, in Faruffini street 4:
one of the most residential zones of the city, very close to De Angeli square, in front of the trams stops and the namesake underground station – line 1.
In July 2012 , after 3 years of fortunate business trade, the store moved to a new location, even more spacious and central
compared to the previous one: in Sacco street 5 , right next to the famous Marghera street.
This new sales point is managed by Sara, a young dynamic thirty-years woman who realises, with this project, her childhood dream.
The Marghera zone is one of the “in” areas of the Milanese shopping. In fact, here you can find two of the most important shopping streets of Milan: Marghera street and Corso Vercelli. The whole district is actually a landmark, especially for the presence of the typical “Milanese” happy hour bars as well as many restaurants, cinemas and theaters. Furthermore, there are also kindergartens, primary and secondary schools.
